Diablo II is an action role-playing game released in 2000 by the American developer Blizzard; the expansion pack, *Lord of Destruction*, followed a year later.
Diablo II continues the story of its predecessor. Since Diablo was not definitively destroyed in the first game, players set out once again—this time as a new hero—to put an end to him and his allies. Two other powerful demons, Baal and Mephisto—Diablo’s brothers—also play significant roles in the game. The entire story takes place in a world known as Sanctuary.
System requirements: G3 processor, Mac OS 8.1 or higher, 64 MB of RAM, 650 MB of hard drive space, 4x CD-ROM drive, and a graphics card capable of displaying 256 colors.
