The award-winnung german TV Comedy series Dr. Psycho - The Bad, The Coppers, My Wife and Me (2007 / 2008) by Ralf Husmann had a friendly and disheveled-looking main charcter (a bit like the american detective Columbo) - Dr. Max Munzl (Christian Ulmen) who seems to belong to a different era. He rides an old folding bicycle and uses a Blueberry iBook - whilst his team consists of car-drivers and Wintel PC users.

Sex and the City: Backup ?

If you have seen "Sex and the City", you have probably noticed that the clamshell iBook sometimes is to seen as a "supporting act". Here a clip taken from Season 4 Episode 8 (or Episode 56 in total) "My Motherboard, My Self". Carrie Bradshaws beloved black PowerBook freezes and all data seems to be lost.
Her boyfriend Aiden surprises her with a new indigo iBook and a zip drive for backups. It has a beautiful handle and looks like a purse ! Carrie is still irritated about the loss of her PowerBook and rejects his presents (later on he gives her back the keys to her appartment, they fall apart). The technician in the Apple Store notifys her that nearly all data was lost and advised her to backup.
